Below is a list of local businesses and organizations offering deals and discounts to teachers to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week (May 8-12, 2023). This list will be updated as businesses and organizations share their plans with us. Please see links for details, or reach out to the individual business/organization for clarifying information. • • Autobahn Indoor Speedway (Manassas): Autobahn Indoor Speedway is offering teachers a free race on any weekday during May! Just show your ID!Offer valid for one race per Teacher. The offer expires 5/30/2023. The free race is not valid Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Memorial Day.
  • Crimson Coward, Nashville Hot Chicken (Woodbridge): 15 % discount on orders with a badge, May 8-12
  • DSW (all Virginia locations): 20% discount on regularly priced items, 10% discount on clearance items with flyer (pdf), May 10-12
  • Café Rio *Catering: Use promo code TEACH20 for 20% off catering orders for 6 people or more. Promo code valid for orders through 5/12/23. 20% educators discount to be applied with promo code on any catering package $65 and over. *6 person minimum on all catering orders. Offer not valid with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your event. Not valid for add-on items, such as drinks and desserts. Catering cannot be ordered through the Cafe Rio app. Delivery fee applies.
  • Pure Barre (Gainesville): PWCS Staff is offered a free class at the Gainesville location. Sign up online and Pure Barre will reach out to confirm your spot. Space is limited. For your first class, Pure Barre recommends taking "Foundations" class, but during Teacher Appreciation Week (May 8-15), any class is available to try for free.
