Advertising Placement and Base Cost

The advertising placement is the same for all school websites, regardless of level. Advertising costs for a full school year are associated with the school level and are as follows:

• $500 per elementary school site
• $750 per middle school, traditional school, or nontraditional school site
• $1,000 per high school site

Advertising Contract Length

Contracts can be signed for 12, 8, or 4 months based on the nearest advertising date available.

For example, any company interested in advertising in the month of October would be asked to sign an 8-month contract for November through June. A company interested in advertising in the month of January would be asked to sign a 4-month contract for March through June. 8-and 4-month contracts will only be available in these situations and will not be accepted at the beginning of a school year. For example, a 4-month contract cannot be signed in July to end in November.

This process means that all contracts end at the end of the school year (June 30 of any given year).

For the 2023-24 School Year, the cost and posting schedule is as follows:

Payment Schedules

Payments for 12-month contracts may be made at the start of the contract in full, or in three equal payments made in July, November, and March. The payment schedule must be identified at the start of the contract and included in the signed agreement.

Payments for 8-month contracts may be made at the start of the contract in full, or in two equal payments made in November and March. The payment schedule must be identified at the start of the contract and included in the signed agreement.

Payments for 4-month contracts must be made in full within 14 days of signing the advertising agreement.
