All flyers, postcards, coupons, and other physical/digital materials for distribution from an outside organization or business must be approved before distributing to schools. 

You can also refer to the PWCS Regulation 925-1, "Distribution of Materials and Communications in the Schools by Outside Sources."

Please note: Social media requests require the same information and conditions as the flyer, and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you are requesting that your information be shared on our social media accounts, please still complete out the application below and indicate that the request is for social media by adding the social platform (Facebook or Twitter) in the file name when you upload the image file (e.g., .png, .jpg).
